Expedition

The shipping of products sold in our online shop will be carried out by CTT – Correios de Portugal.

All orders are shipped from our Boutique Tamar store in Lagos.

How are orders packaged?

All products are meticulously packed with appropriate materials according to size, weight and other characteristics, to ensure that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.

When do I receive the order?

After payment is received, items will be carefully prepared and shipped within 3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatching, depending on your location. For the Azores and other International countries it can take: 7 to 15 working days, or more for further away countries.

Can I follow the delivery process of my order?

Yes. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email in order to track the delivery. You will be able to check the carrier’s website for the status of your order and follow the entire delivery process.

How can I cancel an order?

You must send us an email requesting the cancellation. Cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been shipped. If the shipment has not yet taken place, the order may or may not be canceled depending on what is agreed between Boutique Tamar and the customer.

How do I receive a refund from Boutique Tamar?

The refund of an item not sent or returned will be made to the account or IBAN indicated by the customer when requesting a refund, or through Paypal or credit card, if you have made the payment through this means.

I want to return an item, how do I do it?

There will only be accepted exchanges / returns of ordered products from our online shop, within 14 days after the delivery date. Articles directly collected in our store-gallery cannot be returned.

How can I make a complaint?

For complaints, grievances and other issues related to after-sales assistance, you should send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Complaint” and later you will receive a contact from us related to your complaint / complaint.
